Workshop Norway
In the workshop with Irina Moscu the BA Scenography students were exploring the materiality of dreams. It encourages risk-taking, embracing unpredictability, and focusing on raw, sensory experiences rather than polished aesthetics. Students channeled their intuition, primitive impulses, and personal creativity to craft spaces that captivate and transport their audiences into a dreamlike state.

Workshop Prague
DAMU hosted an inspiring 3-day workshop with theatre maker Bart Van Nuffelen. Titled Every Person is a Museum the workshop explored the powerful idea that everyday people—those often overlooked in society—carry monumental stories worth telling on stage.

FieldworkLAB Barelona
Four MA Scenography students from the Norwegian Academy of Theatre, together with four students from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, explored the urban context and community of Barcelona, under the coordination of professor Serge Von Arx and in collaboration with the artists Anna Puigjaner and Alexandra Laudo.

CreativeLAB Barcelona
Artists of the different theatre partners updated the other partners on their creative processes, focusing on the space where the performative action will be or has been held. As part of this laboratory, a debate session open to the public was also organized.

FieldworkLAB Piatra Neamt
The second FieldworkLAB took place in Piatra Neamt. Irina Komissarova and Lisa Birkenbach, two MA Scenography students from the Norwegian Academy of Theatre (Hogskolen i Ostfold) explored the urban context and the community in Piatra Neamt, under the coordination of Professor Jacob Oredsson.

We were introduced to the work of Alexandra Laudo, Bart Van Nuffelen, Bogdan Zamfir, Daniel Chirila and Marta Cuscunà. Maria Iacob & Claudiu Harabagiu, sociologists and members of the local multidisciplinary team of Piatra Neamt, prepared an introduction to Piatra Neamt. Pascal Gielen, professor Cultural Sociology and expert of the local multidisciplinary team from Antwerp presented his lecture: ‘Building Cities of Trust’
